Sunday School

Look, here's the deal.
I need to decide what i want to do for Sunday School this year. I have taught 5 year olds the past 2 years. They are awesome and the group of teachers that we have are super cool, but I like the group of kids in my first year more. This is not to say that last years group was bad, they just had a lack of awesome kids. Some cool kids, maybe 1 or 2 awesome kids (probably two guys named evan and jackson), but i honestly got annoyed with their class sometimes. Since they are 5, they dont follow instructions well, so i found myself with several very hard weeks to deal with, and i will not go into detail about it. So do I take another shot at a new group of 5 year olds, risking some not pleasant times, do I move up to first grade to the class I liked best and that I t.a. for at Liberty, or do I play to another strength(possibly) and do some kind of music ministry? I will definitely have to pray about it because I'm sure God has some awesome way for me to grow in this next year.
So I went to Intersect tonight. If you dont know what that is, it's bethel's youth group. I have only gone twice, and I always feel like I choose the wrong weeks to go. I don't know a lot of people there, and the people I do know I either haven't talked to them in a long time or they are underclassmen, which also means I haven't talked to them in a long time. Last time I went we played dodgeball, which wouldnt be trbl if it wasnt the MAIN EVENT. I like dodgeball, but not for a whole hour when I could be at home, playing basketball, guitar, watching tv, or writing boring blogs. This time, they just watched Kung Fu Panda. Ummmmmm.... Kay. I would like to just experience a normal week, you know, worship, a little sermon, meet a few people so I'm not a loner. I don't know if that seems reasonable.
This brings me to the music section for the day. All I've got to say is that if you have not hear Come All You Weary by Thrice, and you are cool with slowish meaningful songs, listen to it now. Personally, it's one of my favorites. If you don't like it, whatever.
Now for a few short rants. I do not want to go to Shari's after football games. They hate us. The cool kids prefer Denny's, where people treat you with kindness, almost like they want your business. And Denny's has better food.
Also, I have been told by my all-time favorite sports writer Charlie Rosen (that's called sarcasm, kids) that the new shoes nowadays are the reason more people are tearing their acls, and getting more knee injuries in general. That canvas shoes, though they offer less support, would allow more freedom for the ankle to move (making for less pressure on the knee supposedly). This would make sprained ankles more common, ACL tears less common. Thanks for the info Charlie! I just bought myself a pair of Chuck Taylors to replace my Kevin Durants and Nike hyperizes! Now I know that I wont have to worry about any serious injuries with those truly safer shoes!
That's good for today.
